We strongly recommend that people buy their own trip insurance before going to the hut. Our cancellation policy only allows for a refund within the first 15 days after making the reservation. Please see our cancellation policy here. We know that life happens though, whether it be injury, COVID, or a change of plans, and we want our customers to be covered financially. As a small family-run business we do not have the means to provide refunds when outside that 15-day booking window and because of this, we recommend trip insurance. We suggest getting both travel insurance and rescue insurance in case of a medical emergency. We have compiled a few different options for folks to look at but you will likely want to do your own research and see what options are best for you and your crew.
